Lomi Lomi massage-like therapy aims to release physical tension, emotional stress, and mental blockages promoting a sense of balance and harmony throughout the body, mind and spirit.
Even though Lomi Lomi massage typically involves deep tissue work and joint mobilization, it is often considered to be spiritually focused to promote holistic healing.
